I've had that recipe in my queue for what seems like forever, so after a very hectic day yesterday, I decided to relax and prepare it, using a dry-aged 18oz fillet from the Fresh Market. It gets VERY high recommendations and will be in my "go-to" list from now on. Thanks Board-O!!

I've made it several times, and it is a fantastic recipe. Highly recommended.
