It has condensed cream of mushroom soup in it. It couldn't possibly be any good.

Mushroom soup in Enchilada? If that wasn't a red flag, I don't know what is.

I'd try here:

with potatoes, zucchini, onions, peppers and mushrooms (marinated in olive oil, roasted garlic, crushed peppercorns and then grilled)
maybe a bit of bleu cheese with the steak ?
Neal 03 Cabernet - opened early today in anticipation

4 cans in a casserole recipe - which Junior League cookbook did you get that from?

Who are you? Martha Stewart?

I like cans. The bigger the better!

Hey Shaferguy,
They served bbq and tamales at the same place? And it's BYO? Sounds like my kind of restaurant

Tonight:
Slow cooked brisket rubbed down with Chappell Hill brisket rub
Red potato salad

Shafer and Stemor's place ROCKED. Great bbq and tamales, which I thought was a ridiculous combo until I ate 2 tamales and a ton of bbq...

Tonight wasThe Big Texan and I feel like I ate a horse. Sadly, I didn't try the 72 oz challenge... after eating a ton in Nashville and Memphis, there was just NO way I was going to pound a 4.5 lb steak, salad, shrimp, bread and other crap in less than an hour. Someday

No, not Whole Foods. Trader Joes.

Maybe WF carries them also.

randomly walked into this market in Somerville yesteday called Pembertons.....damn that place is awesome. So as a result:
Sauteed Haliboot steaks
Sauteed organic fiddle heads & shitake schrooms
Chickpea salad
simple Marche salad.

All with few glasses of Sancerre. Almost too hot to drink but I suffered through.
