| | Anthony Bourdain profiled Fergus extensively on his "A Cook's Tour" show on the Food Network 2 or 3 years ago. Fergus is quite a character, and his entire menu is made up of cuts and scraps that most people throw away. Bourdain absolutely loved the place. | |
