Manchego, this is great when the weather is hot with a glass of sherry and some almonds.

Jasper Hill Blue....awesome!

I bought some Morbier the other day and when I opened it is smelled so bad I tossed it. Definitely the smelly socks smell. Is it supposed to be that stinky? Have never tried it...

La Tur is a lovely cheese. There are some of the most amazing cheeses in Piedmont. Our visit to the cheese factory was a highlight. Yuuuummm.

I tried some La Tur based on the recommendations of this thread.  Initially, I did not like it but tonight, I threw a slice of it on some steamed rice and it was delicious.  I also had it with warm, crusty bread and it was very good.

Gorgonzola Dolce, Beecher's Flagship, Mahon (fruity, semi-hard, and looking forward to trying an aged one), and Aged Vella Dry Jack (quite dense and still has a lovely balance of flavors)

Tonight's cheese is Brunet - goat cheese from Piedmont. This has a medium flavor and creamy texture. Paired with a Gruner Vetliner. Yum.
