| I made these last night for dessert
Dark Chocolate Souffles with Cardamom Creme Anglaise
The souffles came out great. I was not thrilled with the sauce as it had a very strong flavor that messed with the good dark chocolate (I used Valrona). The sauce would be better on fruit. | | | |

| | Shaferguy, curious about what, if anything, you do to the lamb burgers. I am starting to eat more lamb and had been thinking about trying a burger. Any suggestions as to the seasonings that would work best? TIA | | | |

I cooked the lamb burgers just about like I cook a hamburger. I seasoned with onion powder, pepper and Dale's Seasoning sauce.

Just FYI about lamb burgers...if you don't want the burger to be so gamey, mix with ground beef.
