Rock shrimp scampi Salad with avocado and tomato Broccoli
3 inch thick Prime Ribeye!!
Great steak. Sourced from Verbrugge's in Oakland. Seared on a very hot smoky joe then popped in the oven at 325 for 25 minutes. Cooked in this manner, it gave up almost no juice in the roasting pan and was done evenly from edge to edge. Yumm! | | | |
