Any suggestions? The trout will be pan fried in butter, served with rice pilaf.

I thought a Pinot Noir or something white. Open to suggestions.

Sounds like a variation on Trout Meuniere to me: almonds (or pecans), butter + trout = a full-bodied Chardonnay.
