| Any suggestions for a wine to go with this?
Chicken, onion, mushrooms, paprika (sweet/hot combo), cream- over egg noodles (over course!)

| Can't help too much, because if I ever have 'the real stuff' paprika like you do, I make a mean gulasch (sp?) that is fairly spicy. Not sure I'd try to pair a wine with my version.
