Last nights class was more about the wines for myself. I paired more wines with foods last night than any other previous class, and did we have the wines last night. 12 in all!. Our group prepared the Arroz con Pato (Braised Duck with Cilantro Rice) and Couve a Mineira (Greens (Kale)).
