Equal Exchange Organic Espresso Bean 55%: WOW! I don’t say that often. My 1st from this producer. But, not the last that is for sure!

Michel Cluizel Noir Au Praline L'Ancienne 60%: awesome! But, that is a given with Michel Cluizel. Anything but an impressive bar would be a surprise.

Domori Cacao Cult Madagascar with Vanilla Beans 65%: though did not care for the Vanilla beans all that much, the quality of the chocolate is superb.

i've taken a uturn with my demands of pure chocolate. i'm trying alot of nut, fruit, pepper, etc infused things. a very simple approch is the easily accessable green & blacks 80% with ginger. affordable, easily found, user friendly and VERY tasty.

Had the Lindt Intense Pear the other day. Very nice, if just a little too much pear. Still, it disappeared.

Just learned about Kekua Chocolates in Eugene. Very impressed by just the four pieces I was able to try.
