The wine has a dark berry and cedar nose reminiscent of a young Cabernet. Jammy berry flavors are balanced by supple tannins. This is not a fruit bomb at 5 years old, but rather a well-balanced multidimensional wine at an elegance versus power equilibrium. I wouldn't be surprised to find there was some Cabernet in this wine. 91

Under Australian rules you can have 14.9% of a different variety without having to disclose it on the label so you could be right. Clare Cabernet frequently shows signs of eucalyptus too.
