Tasted with ttepper at Christie's "The Classic Wines of Penfolds"

Mint nose, dill, olive nose.
Nice smooth dark fruit palate.... with olives, mushrooms, smooth tannins, very drinkable now but still has lots of time. Tannins dry the mouth out a bit. Very pleasant wine to drink.
