| A customer just walked in and gave me this for Christmas, I'm not sure I should be that thankful. Its a commercial label without a defined varietal. I would also say that this wine is oak flavoured as opposed to proper oak-here goes.
Tasted at room temp with an ISO
Colour:Gold slightly cloudy Nose: Overpowering phenols, toasty malo influenced melon characters with hints of grass (maybe a Chenin sem blend). Palate: high acids, unripe fruit domination, moderate mid palate, finish is short and sharp, length is unfortunately quite long. Overal: Avoid this wine for ever-maybe this customer doesn't like me. He normally buys a reasonable wine (about the $15 dollars NZD mark) 75 on the Jeremy Scale, and I hope he paid no more than ten dollars for it.
