Lindemans 1999 Reserve Padthaway Cab Merlot- 92 points
Liquorice , plum and forward oak dominated the nose. Thick and inky to the eye the palate was no let down. Impressive frightening weight and complexity and length. This wine was far more elegant and stood out. ( The Vasse Felix, Abbots Prayer and this were probably the three most elegant wines.)
