Hello again

Gavin Trott here, I hope some of you are enjoying these occasional tasting notes.

My notes - Intense and deep full aromas of red fruits, raspberries cherries and a mix of other berries, mingling with exotic spices, extremely aromatic and pure. The palate too is seriously intense, oak very well integrated and seamless and much in the background, while the fruit pours out across the whole palate. Serious wine, again suitable for cellaring, but lovely now with richer foods. Beautifully made wine.
