This Shiarz Matero blend is made from wine pressed from the fruit after the free run juice is barreled off.  14.5% alochol which is not noticeable on the aroma or palate.  The wine is elegant and balanced and was decanted for about 45 minutes before dinner of grilled lamb kabobs.  The aromas and plate have dark fruit and spice.  I believe that this wine is sold in Australia as Bull's Blood.  Really enjoyed this one.
