Tasted at a private tasting with Trevor Jones, hosted by The Butcher Block in Tampa (www.butcherblocktampa.com). An interesting blend of Riesling and Muscat. Very delicate floral notes on the nose, with spikes of tangerine poking through. An initial rush of peachy sweetness on the palate that resolved into a rather surprisingly even and subtle finish. A white that I'd be happy to drink. |
