| - 2005 Hanenhof Cabernet Franc - Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley (4/5/2007)
Tasted at a retail tasting. My feeling about cabernet franc is basically this: if you can't make a very good one, you shouldn't. This is not a good cab franc. Stemmy nose with strong green notes. On the palate, some currant and fig flavors, but finishes very green. (82 pts.)
