Tasted at a retail wine tasting. Tasted like strawberry yogurt -- no joke. Pretty much the same texture too. Not food friendly at all, unless you are having dinner with the Flintstones, but it makes for a really nice after dinner drink ... or a fun breakfast yogurt.
