The winery that made the msot improvement over previous vintages.
The winemaker Clemence Dournois was a lovely affiable lady who had made the transition from Bordeaux ( Ch Duhart- Millon and Ch Cohorts)to work in Aussie. Her French style shows through in the wines that are elegant and refined. And good value!!

Colour: Thick red verging towards balck.
Nose: initial cpasicum blows off to reveal a saddlebag of cedar, leather, plum and aromatic cassis.
Palate: Impressive fruit characters intergrate with tannins to provide a fore frunner to the elgnth and finish both of which left me wanting for more.
Overall: A thoroughly enjoyable wine. 90 points for $15 USD retailed. Available through Wine Elite in the US, Indineapolis. And thoroughly recommend it.
