This wine contains calcified crabs(at a microscopic level) and the name of the Hermitage hill ( the Hermits hill basically) give this wine a distinctive name and character.

Colour: Pale with some green hints
Nose: elegant mineral notes and kiwi with softer peach and hazelnuts.
Palate: A very defined palate with acids and sweetness staying specifically in their palate areas- lenght and finish are impressive and elegant.
Overall: A discovery of the whole tasting- excellent wine with wonderful flavours. 92 points
