This is as thick as cough syrup. Literally. The wine also had a medicinal taste to it. The only thing it had going for it was the nose. This would scare Marquis Philips wines right back into their caves. I love big bold concentrated wines but this was a battle to get 2 glasses down last night. Many would consider this undrinkable. Recorked and will try again shortly.

Huh. I had a Henry's Drive at the last Tampa Offline, and I thought it was everything that most Aussie Shiraz aren't. I'll look at my TN to see what the vintage is.

I have had either the '01 or '02 (cant remember) and it was pretty good. Thats why I bought this. Maybe just a bad year for them?
