| - 2005 Mollydooker Shiraz The Boxer - Australia, South Australia, McLaren Vale / Padthaway (10/6/2006)
Opened and served in Eisch "breathable" stems. Wonderfully rich nose of melted chocolate, white flowers, and glazed danish. On the palate, this wine exhibits dark cherry and plum fruit, toasted oak, and raspberry ganache. Full bodied. Medium acidity. Velvety texture. A terrific wine, in my opinion. I can only see it getting better. (93 pts.) Posted from CellarTracker | | |
