Very dark with thick moderately colored legs. Scents of oak, sugared and rotting green and jalapeno peppers (it smells more disgusting than this description – trust me), green tea, and used coffee grounds. Quite mouth filling with thick and sweet fruit flavors. Drinking more than a glass of this wine takes serious effort. Still, this wine would probably be appreciated by many at casual events where sweetness and alcohol are all that is needed in a wine. Closed with a screwcap. Drink now to 2009. 75 points.
