A descent bottle of chard, just OK, the QPR is also just OK & nothing to write home about. The bottle is OK, although a bit too citricy, too much acidity, & way too grassy. Also, the fruit is not very well integrated or balanced as the characteristics I mention above are way too dominant & overpowering.
All that being said, you can do better for the same money. And, if you invest about $3.00-$5.00 dollars per bottle, you can do buy a much better bottle of chard.
Also, I am not sure where & how WS got 92 points?!? That's a whole lotta points.
Rating: 82 points, drink or hold. That's a 10 point difference from the WS rating.
P.S.: my brother found it undrinkable. He had it @ 79-80. I had it a little higher than that & just making the drinkable level @ 82 points. | | | |
