This wine is made from 70 year-old vines and has 15.5% alcohol.

Colour is deep red right to the rim. The wine is concentrated, rich, and spicy. The aroma assaults you with waves of chocolate, spicy plum and dark cherry. Behind it, there's a little bit of mint, smoked meat, and barnyard. More of the same on the palate, with spiciness coming out a little stronger. It follows up with a long lingering savory finish.

This is an extremely aggressive wine which envelopes you in a swirl of flavours. I couldn't drink it without having something quite strong-tasting to nibble on. I can't rate this one.
