Notes from an Australian Shiraz tasting, held April 8th, 2003

The musty and dusty nose give way to a surprisingly supple and pleasant Shiraz, showing dried cherries notes and a very smooth palate. Tannins are all but faded, not tremendously complex, but an excellent wine for sitting and sippin’.
