Notes from an Australian Shiraz tasting, held April 8th, 2003

Wow, here is a nice summer quaffer! Light bright red in color, this reminds me very much of a nice dry Rose, with Strawberries on the nose. Lots of nice, soft fruit, soft tannins, refreshing – I would actually serve this wine just slightly chilled. Yummy! Drink now
