Notes from an Australian Shiraz tasting, held April 8th, 2003

Color is black as night. A big full nose of vanilla and spice, with a ton of densely packed fruit. Excellent balance but it’s the structure of this wine that makes it my #1 wine of the flight, well done. 94+, drink 2005-2012
