| - 2003 Mitolo Shiraz G.A.M. - Australia, South Australia, Fleurieu, McLaren Vale (1/19/2007)
Decanted but only sat for 30 mins, then consumed over 2 hrs. This would continue to benefit from bottle age and 2-4 hrs decant time. Extremely jammy, mrs davidandrose thought that this could be spread on toast. Cedar, tobacco, lush and syrupy, fine (muted) pencil lead. All the shiraz components, with little if any spice. If this sat in a decanter for 2 hrs, then consumed, it might have earned 2-4 more points. Will retry in a few months. (92 pts.)
