| Another great Coonawarra from 1999, this wine is purple red with classy Coonawarra nose of blackcurrant, spice, hints of coffee from some excellent tight grained French oak. The palate is richer than many, quite full bodied and ripe with blackberry and blackcurrant fruit plus hints of liquorice and that touch of coffee again. Lovely full bodied wine for enjoying over the next 5 years.
