| | From Douro, Portugal. A red blend (Touriga Nacional and other two varieties, I think). Fruit-forward, with raspberry, blackcurrant, licorice and anis, complemented by some light oak. Very nice aromas, but it disappoints a little in the palate, as it's not so intense (but nice in its own way). Fine tannins, light/medium body and a medium finish. 86 pts. | | | |
