Dark red core with slightly watery rim. The nose shoewd intense crushed blackberry with cherry, leather and pencil lead nuances, surronded by toasty oak. the palate replayed ripe dark fruits with mineral hints, firm but ripe tannins, and good acids. Finished long with bittersweet chocolate. Still young, will reward another 3 to 5 years of patience. My WOTN, against some pretty stiff competition. 93 pts.
