Ruby red core with a cherry rim. Leather, raisin, and stewed cherry on the nose. The palate showed dried red fruits, tea, and smoked applewood on the slightly short finish. medium bodied with lite acids. Overall a lighter style Amarone. Not bad. Drink now or hold for 1 to 3 years. 88 pts
