You could write with this stuff; it's like ink. A little more subdued than the 2000 on the nose, with sage and wood coming to mind. Huge wine with great tannins, but again kind of harsh with youth. Love how the nose evolves. Would love to try this again in 10 years. 91 points now, more to come as it ages and settles down.
