Opened my last bottle of this tonight with KoH's recipe for filet mignon stuffed with stilton and roasted garlic.

Decanted for about 30-40 minutes before drinking, consumed over the following hour. Dark garnet colour, pink around the rim. Good intensity. Sour cherries/cherry stone aroma. Full bodied; juicy with blueberries, plum, chocolate and hints of smokiness on the mouth. Earthy. Tannins well integrated with fruit now. Ready for prime time. Very enjoyable, with a lingering, mouth puckering finish. Drink now. 88 points.
