I haven't been posting TNs much lately, but thought this particular wine deserved its due. Vibrant in color, the wine is a beautiful translucent ruby with surprisingly little bricking. Driven by leather and earth, this isn't a wine for you if you're looking for primary fruit. That said, there is an alluring red raspberry note that both insists and persists, but remains evocative. A high acid wine that plays very well with the hearty pasta dish with which we paired it, this is a delight in every way - clean, crisp, and finishing memorably long. 92 lovely, earthy points.
