- 2004 Coppo Barbera d'Asti Camp du Rouss - Italy, Piedmont, Asti, Barbera d'Asti (3/28/2008)
Low in tannins, bursting with dark cherry and cranberry flavors, this is a very food-friendly and versatile Barbera. Went well with Orange and Kung-Pao Chicken takeout. Like having a good utility player on your baseball team, this wine has the ability to step in and step up to fill a lot of pairing situations. Good value at $18. (87 pts.)
