Tasted October 23, 2007 as part of the Wino Depot Tasting With Friends Event for October. Opened and served immediately. Nose was a little on the light side but still aromatic with aromas of potpourri, rich red berries and maybe some red currants or perhaps raspberries. Flavors of rich red berries, red cherries and red raspberries. Vibrant acidity, medium tannins and body. Drink over the short term, perhaps medium term but I’d recommend leaning towards the short term. Nice wine. Paid $31.49 locally at one of the most expensive places in the area. Not sure if that’s a good price for this wine and both wine-searcher and wine zap turn up nada but I’m tempted to buy more. (90 pts.)
