Tasted October 21, 2007 as part of the Wino Depot Tasting With Friends Event for October. Opened and decanted for sediment before serving immediately. Garnet color in the glass, slightly dusty looking throughout. Simple and straightforward palate of red cherries and berries. Displayed none of the trademark flavors of an Amarone in my opinion. Medium acidity, resolved tannins, medium body. Drink now. (88 pts.)
