Tasted July 30, 2007. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Magnum glass. Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of Kirsch, black raspberries and some saddle soap. Thin flavors of Bing cherries, red berries and bitters on the finish. Light to medium acidity, drying tannins and light body. Drink now.
