Tasted July 16, 2007. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Magnum glass. Garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of tar, black berries and black cherries with some light floral notes. Flavors of tart red cherries and berries turning towards a slightly metallic finish with more air time. Light acidity, almost flabby with firm tannins and light to medium body. Drink now. (85 pts.)
