2004 Bruno Giacosa Roero Arneis - Italy, Piedmont, Alba, Roero DOC (6/1/2007) WIML87,WA90,WS81 Tasted June 1, 2007 at an offline. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Magnum glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Floral nose with some additional aromas of tropical fruits an a little fresh cut grass. Flavors of grapefruit dominate with some hints of peaches. Light acidity and body. I’m a little surprised this wine was still alive and kicking! Drink now. (87 pts.)

2004 Bruno Giacosa Roero Arneis - Italy, Piedmont, Alba, Roero DOC (7/21/2007) WIML89,WA90,WS81 Tasted July 21, 2007. Opened and served immediately in a Spiegelau Authentis Weiss Wein glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Light nose of herbs du Provence, citrus fruits and a bit of florals.. Flavors of light citrus notes and peaches. Light acidity and body. Seems to be a couple of WIML points better than the previous bottle. Drink now. (89 pts.)
