A blend of Primitivo and Negroamora


Colour: Solid dark red (like ripe cherry colour)
Nose:Typical Primitivo strawberry notes backed up with licorice and sweeter confectionary characters- reminds me a little of raspberry drops. also leather and cedar evident.
Palate: Much more approachable palate than the straight Negroamora, nice chewy tannins, great mouthfeel (sort of feels a bit like suede on the edge of the mouth.) , good length with the finish ending on the fore palate- ssweeter fruit evident through out the mouth than what I expected.
Overall: An enjoyable although not as serious as the straight Negroamora, 84 points and drnikning well now till end of year.
