| Dark ruby colour. Aromas of black cherry, earth, plums, chocolate, black licorice, blackberry. Medium-full bodied with black cherry and blackberry replays. Moderate-long finish, 30-35s, with black cherry and spice. Needs another year or two. 90 points (01/28/2005).
Dark ruby colour with black flecks. Aromas of black cherry, black plums, cocoa, licorice, and dried flowers. Medium-full bodied, fresh tasting, but with resolved tannins. Lovely fruit - black cherry, black plums, earth and flower replays. Moderate-long finish, 40s, with black cherry and black plums. Lovely Chianti. 91 points (10/15/2005). | | | |
