I hope you enjoy Veritas. My wife and I ate there several months ago and had an exceptional meal. The wine list is very impressive, but, to be honest, we were almost more blown away by the food. The balance of flavors combined with impeccable preparation made the meal quite memorable.

Although the menu changes seasonally, if they are serving the short ribs, give them serious consideration. We also enjoyed the black truffle risotto.
