More tn's from a 2 day Anniversary party last month

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc in the Loire Valley, this wine had a nose unlike anything else we tasted that evening. First off, it had a very flowery nose of Plumeria and Pikake, along with a strong note of white chalky earthiness as well as some citrusy character. The color of the wine was still amazingly bright and a white gold color throughout. The acidity in this wine was high and had a terrific finish of citrus and bubble gum flavor. It was not as sweet as I expected, but had about the same apparent sweetness as a Kabinett Riesling. It was a very pretty wine and just goes to show how well hi quality Chenin Blanc can age. I thought it was much younger

I read a comment somewhere that Chenin Blanc can age well longer than any other white wine. Thanks for the notes.
