ZH TPG Clos Windsbuhl 1997 14%
Life is beautiful. Desert island white. You could sip this for ever and never miss the 'other things'. Textbook PG fruit in the nose, with far more intensity than power (actually expected more power, which only appears in the palate). Complex and DEEP nose like no PG I've tried before. Palate blast, with tickling acidity to carry the noticeable but harmonious 14% alcohol. Looong and blissful finish. 93-94. Thanks Pierre for that 94 that helped me splurge (actually $36 sounds fair).
