Wines from an '80's dinner last month.

'90 Chateau Guiraud. The nose on the sine is exuberant to say the least with tons of intens candied fruits, sweet vanillin, along with flowers and caramel much like the aroma of a candied apple. The palate was sexy and silky, almost full bodied with excellent sweetness but still wonderfully balanced. This is the best bottle of Guiraud I've ever had! And it should certainly improve over the next 5-12 years
