Alsace Producer
Cheaper wine ( Around $9-$12 USD)
I bought a few cases for the shop to sell, so having an instore tasting today with Salmon pate and crostini. Even though its cold outside I've sold three case's so far!!
Tasted at room temperature (about 15 celsius, I give up on farenheit.) in ISO.
Colour: Straw
Nose: Slight sweet wet wool notes with lime and mineral backing. Reminds me of wet cold steel . Some smoky notes come through.
Palate: High alcohol again, very strong acids , but balances out on the palate quite well. Flavour very minimal- with lemon and mineral flavours evident.
Overall: Not bad for the price. I prefer this to the Gewurzt, but technically not any better. 83 points.

Jeremy,
your shop is freezing cold, do you supply overcoats to your customers to browse the shelves comfortably?

Andreadago,
I got a gas heater yesterday and had it on full bore all day. It was nice and toasty inside. Well warm in comparison to outside.
Jaimetown,
International Standards Office- Its the glass judges use for tasting wine in competition. Its technical name is ISO XL 5- I think its total volume is 5 oz but I could be wrong.
EDIT: Spelt And's name wrong.
